Guangdong Trudian Technology Co.,Ltd. and its affiliates (collectively, "we" or "Trudian") are dedicated to protecting the privacy of children (i.e., minors under the age of fourteen) who use our products and services. This Children's Privacy Statement (including subsequent updates, hereinafter referred to as "this Statement") and the Trudian Cloud Privacy Policy are intended to provide parents and other guardians of children ("Guardians" or "you") with information about how we collect and use personal information about children in connection with our products and services, our rules for handling such personal information, and the ways in which Guardians can access, correct, delete and protect such information.

Before using Trudian Cloud, we hereby advise you to choose whether you agree to the content of all of the terms and conditions, and whether you agree to the use of our products or services by children in your custody, after carefully reading and fully understanding this Statement and the Trudian Cloud Privacy Policy (especially those terms marked in bold). If you do not agree to the content of the relevant terms of the Trudian Cloud Privacy Policy and/or this Statement, or do not agree to provide the information necessary to use certain of our products, services, or specific features or scenarios, please understand that you and children in your custody may not be able to use our products, services, or specific features or scenarios related to them properly.

Ⅰ.What information do we collect

1. We will collect and use children's personal information in strict accordance with our obligations and responsibilities for the protection of children's personal information under laws and regulations, as well as the relevant privacy policy and the agreement in this statement, and in accordance with the specific needs of the relevant products and services.

2.In the course of providing certain products or services to you and children in your custody that are intended for children, we may collect facial information from users for the purpose of providing those products or services to you, and if the user is a child under 14 years of age, we recommend that the child seek your consent before providing any personal information.

3.When you and the children in your custody use certain devices intelligently controlled by our software, we may collect and use the necessary personal information of children in certain functions or scenarios, including name information, movement information and geographic location information. The specific type and scope of information involved will be determined by the function and intelligence scenario of the product being used. We may collect other information in the course of a child's use of a product or service. 4.If we need to collect personal information from you or a child in your custody beyond the scope of collection described above, we will inform you again and obtain your consent.Please understand that you may choose whether to fill in or provide us with certain information, but your failure to fill in or provide certain specific information may result in our products or services not functioning properly or not achieving the service results we intend to achieve, and you and the children in your custody may not be able to use our products, services or related specific business functions properly.

We use the information we collect about you and the children in your custody for the following purposes in strict compliance with laws and regulations and our agreements with users:

Ⅲ.Sharing, transfer and disclosure of children's personal information

We strictly limit the sharing, transfer and disclosure of children's personal information in compliance with laws and regulations. In general, we do not share children's personal information with third parties. We may share children's personal information with third parties only with their prior consent.

1.Share with third parties

For external processing purposes only, we may share children's personal information with third party partners (third party service providers, contractors, agents, application developers, etc., e.g., communication service providers who send email or push notifications on our behalf, mapping service providers who provide location services to us), who may not be located in your jurisdiction, to allow them to process it for us in accordance with our instructions , privacy policies, and related confidentiality and security policies to process such information for us.

If we entrust a third party with the processing of children's personal information, we will conduct a security assessment of the entrusted party and the entrusted conduct, etc., and sign an entrustment agreement that requires the entrusted party's processing to be within the scope of our authorization, and that we entrust the third party with the processing of children's personal information primarily for the following purposes:

If we share your and children's information with the aforementioned third parties, we will conduct a security assessment and use encryption, anonymization, de-identification processing and other means to safeguard the security of your and children's information.

As our business continues to grow, when a merger, acquisition, asset transfer, or other transaction occurs that results in the sharing of your and children's personal information to a third party, we will inform you of the circumstances through push notifications, announcements, etc., and continue to protect or require new administrators to continue to protect your and children's personal information in accordance with laws and regulations and standards no less stringent than those required by this Statement.

We may use the information we collect from children, after anonymizing it, for big data analysis, such as forming reports on the use of your services.

2.Other disclosure circumstances

In general, we are prohibited from disclosing personal information about children to the public, but we may disclose personal information about children for the following purposes:

If our products or services cease to operate, or if the period of storage of your and children's personal information as required by this statement or the Trudian Cloud Privacy Policy, etc. expires, we will notify you and children by, for example, push notification, announcement, or email, and will delete or anonymize your and children's personal information within a reasonable period of time.

You and children in your custody may view personal information provided or generated by child users in connection with their use of our products or services, including, but not limited to, username, nickname, gender (if any), etc.

2.Correction of children's personal information

When you and the children in your custody discover an error in the personal information we collect, use and process about children, you can correct it by clicking on "Me" - "Family Management" - "Add Family Member " to correct the information, or you can contact us to make corrections. We will take prompt action to correct the information after we have completed identity verification and verified the problem.

3.Delete children's personal information

You and children in your custody may request that we delete personal information about children that we collect, use and process if any of the following occurs. We will take prompt action to delete it after we have completed identity verification and verified the problem.

(1) If we collect, store, use, transfer, or disclose children's personal information in violation of the laws, administrative regulations, or the agreement of the parties;

(2)If we collect, store, use, transfer, or disclose personal information about children beyond the scope of the purpose or necessary period;

(3) Your withdrawal of consent;

(4)If you or a child in your custody terminates the use of the product or service by logging out.

In response to your request, we will first conduct identity verification and validation, and will take relevant deletion actions in a timely manner once the validation and verification are completed. Please note, however, that if you and a supervised child request that we delete a specific child's personal information, it may result in that child user being unable to continue to use our products and services or certain specific business functions within the products and services. If you discover that your child's personal information has been collected without your prior consent, please contact us promptly and we will attempt to delete the relevant information as soon as possible.
